An excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to join a busy organisation as a Customer Supply Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Supply Coordinator;

Ensure customer service and OTIF levels are achieved and maintained.

Attend monthly B2C team's meetings.

Alert planners to any low stocks and future promotions.

Allocate and release customer orders and book in deliveries.

Arrange transport for deliveries and report any shortages to the customer, supply team and national account managers in a timely fashion.

Assist with updates of Product Master Data.

Allocate Export orders.

Produce stock report on a weekly basis.

Personal Specification of the Customer Supply Coordinator;

Degree qualified or equivalent.

Must have customer facing and Supply Chain experience.

Good working knowledge of SAP.

Intermediate / Advanced Excel.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

This role would be suitable for you if you have held any of the following roles; Supply Chain Planner, Supply Planner, Customer Demand Planner, Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator or Supply Chain Analyst.
