A great new opportunity for a dynamic Demand Planning Manager to join a fast-paced organisation, to be responsible for managing and analysing the demand forecast, and to work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the business.


Key Responsibilities of the Demand Planning Manager;

Create a short to medium term Demand Plan for the UK&I.

Lead the development of the demand process.

Lead and challenge the demand forecast with sales teams and external customers.

Manage and control levels of finished goods stock to ensure optimal product availability.

Monitor and analyse actual performance versus forecast and provide financial analysis for management decision making.

Monitor and analyse performance against Demand & Supply plans.

Set up monthly Sales Targets for the business and manage the execution of short to medium term demand plans.

Taking corrective action, by allocating supply in periods of shortage according to channel stocks and other market factors.

Build a great level of customer collaboration in terms of demand planning.

Lead and participate in Supply Chain and cross functional projects.


Personal Specification of the Demand Planning Manager;

Degree qualified or equivalent.

Professional qualifications would be an advantage.

Proven Demand Planning experience.

Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent IT/systems skills including Advanced Excel and SAP.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.

Results orientated individual.


This role will suit an individual with experience in any of the following positions; Senior Demand Planner, Demand Manager, Lead Demand Planner, Supply Chain Team Leader, Production Planning Manager.
