A well-established logistics organization is seeking a dedicated Export Coordinator to become an integral part of their team in Manchester. This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £30,000.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in export operations, with hands-on experience in the logistics sector. Proficiency in managing export documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating shipments is essential.

Role responsibilities of the Export Coordinator include:

• Arrange shipments as per customer instructions following customer SOP/Quotation
• Complete customs entries in accordance to compliance of HMRC
• Arranging of Air Import shipments
• Book all shipments will the airline
• Handle tie ups by ensuring secure cargo and handover to transport
• Open job files as per customers and arrange collections
• To be able to follow customer SOP's

Person Specification of the Export Coordinator:

• Previous experience in with air freight export - essential
• Confident using Microsoft suites
• Confident in dealing with all levels of people in a professional manner
• Driven and motivated individual with a desire to progress

Up to £30k

This role is based fully on site and offers no hybrid working
