Butler Ross are recruiting an interim Category Manager role on behalf of a local authority.

This is a standalone role in which successful candidate will be required to run full end to end and compliant OJEU tender processes. Due to the nature of the role knowledge of running procurements under the public contracts regulations (PCR2015) is essential.

The role can be delivered remotely but should you wish to go into the office, you can choose to do so. Their offices are on the East London/Essex border.

This Category Manager role would suit somebody with public sector procurement experience who is working in a Senior Buyer, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, Commercial Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager or similar role within a public sector procurement regulated environment.
