Butler Ross is currently representing our client, an industry leader providing high-quality products in advanced electronic fields, including semiconductor production equipment, computer systems, electronic parts and equipment for liquid crystal display production to find a Parts Coordinator to join the supply chain team on a temporary to permanent basis.

As Parts Coordinator you will be:-

  • Working with the logistics partner companies
  • Dealing with warehouse queries
  • Checking inbound deliveries
  • Administering the discrepancy log
  • Producing network reports
  • Invoicing - checking against PO
  • Providing cover for the Logistics Group Leader

Administrative Support for planning team:

  • Dealing with day to day admin tasks and queries
  • Perform expediting routines to ensure on time delivery from suppliers
  • Monitor and support planners with the raising and management of open PO's/ROP's/Replenishments for spare parts
  • Monitor and manage general housekeeping routines
  • Maintenance and upkeep of procedures
  • KPI Preparation
  • Inventory redeployment and disposition of dead and excess stock
  • Receiving discrepancies

Essential Skills for this candidate are:

  • Attention to Detail
  • Data Entry
  • Excel Intermediate to Advanced - (pivot tables, v-lookup, concatenation, Text to columns, etc. are base level requirements)
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task
