An excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to join a busy organisation as a Parts Supply Manager. Working within the Aftersales department, the Parts Supply manager will be responsible for controlling inventory of stock levels whilst maximising revenue and customer service alongside the aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts Supply Manager;

  • Source parts whilst maintaining the correct inventory levels to support the global network.
  • Coordination of parts supply and logistics to provide an optimised supply time.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Identify future supply and logistics challenges and overcome to reduce impact on supply chain.
  • Ensure all legal export controls standards are met to provide prompt delivery of products.
  • Provide accurate reporting of forecast sales to provide maximum transparency for stake holders.
  • Understand and accommodate the short to long term requirements of the aftersales departments.
  • Liaise with International colleagues to understand market challenges.

Personal Specification of the Parts Supply Manager;

  • Degree Qualified or Professional Qualifications would be preferred.
  • Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics experience is essential.
  • Experience within a Technical Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
