At Butler Ross we differentiate ourselves within the UK’s evolving recruitment landscape through our approach to recruitment partnerships.

Our dedicated consultants are experienced in analysing each vacancy from a dual perspective, recognising the required technical fit, as well as ensuring that the candidates have the inherent soft skills to prove successful.

Each consultant has a specific sector and geographical focus which allows us to build very targeted networks that align to our customers’ requirements.  As such we have the insight and expertise to provide information on industry trends, skills analysis, salary benchmarking, remuneration packages and candidate availability.  

We view ourselves as an extension of our clients; working collaboratively with you, we will be responsible for providing an end-to-end recruitment solution, from initial engagement through to candidate on-boarding. Our aim is to deliver the right candidate within an agreed timescale, on budget and without compromising on the quality of service provided.

Our consultants purely specialise in Procurement and Supply Chain recruitment across the UK.  They possess an in-depth knowledge of both the technical and behavioural skills required to be successful in this profession. They also have a specific industry sector and geographical focus so that they have a thorough insight and understanding of the current market drivers affecting their customers.

We believe the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, whether or not they are successful in obtaining an offer, should be positive.  It comes back to our Mission Statement and allows us to build stronger and more collaborative relationships with our candidates.

Because we are specialists we understand what is important to our candidates as Procurement and Supply Chain professionals. We know that they only want to work with genuinely knowledge and experienced recruitment experts that can provide them with a professional service.  They require someone to take the time to listen to and understand their requirements, whilst offering advice and guidance to help them to find the best opportunities that match there ambitions.

We want all candidates to feel well-informed at each stage of the recruitment process and aim to create a positive experience from initial application to the first day of employment and beyond.  We always endeavour to provide them with a detailed company overview, history and culture, a full job description, profiles of the interview panel and details of the interview process.

Most recently the successful placement of a Head Of Supply Chain position that we urgently needed to replace.   • I am writing to you with regards to the agency Butler Ross who I had the good fortune of working with during my time as Account Manager on the Airports contract on behalf of Capita Resourcing. I hadn’t worked with Butler Ross previously, however our Supply Chain Manager was extremely positive regarding their contribution to both Airports recruitment and that of the wider Capita business.
