Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Leader; Operational running of a warehouse team. Ensure the correct storage, accurate record keeping and appropriate handling to avoid stock discrepancies, losses and damage. Manage stocktaking in the warehouse including cycle counting and reporting. Development and implementation of projects to improve warehouse performance. Measure performance by producing regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Workplace health and safety standards of the warehouse. Ensure that all staff are adequately trained. Ensure all relevant H&S regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to. Recruitment and training of staff. Implement policies, procedures and objectives for the team. Effective coordination and utilisation of resources to meet the demands of the business. Create and maintain a positive, productive and safe working environment. Personal Specification of the Warehouse Team Leader; Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader is essential. Experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong Leadership skills. Good working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems. Excellent IT skills. Strong communication and influencing skills. This role would suit a candidate who has held any of the following positions; Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Logistics Team Leader.

A truly exciting opportunity for an adaptable and analytical Material Planner to join the purchasing and operations team within a unique and established bicycle manufacturing business. This role is offered at a salary of up to £33,000, is based in Stratford-on-Avon and is available as a result of business growth. The successful candidate will have experience within planning as a Material Planner or Production Planner in a manufacturing environment. We need people with experience of D365 implementation within a manufacturing environment and managing business process change. Responsibilities include value stream analysis, working with stakeholders to development and implement the best solution via D365. Also leveraging your expertise in lean manufacturing to develop production flow and system tools to streamline processes.
