Responsibilities of the Logistics Manager; Plan and manage logistics and transportation of raw materials and finished products. Look for the lowest cost options whilst providing high customer service levels. Deliver all orders on time and within budget. Ensure all data is accurately completed and submitted to the relevant systems. Plan and source relevant transport equipment for other departments to assist with packing orders. Monitor transport providers performance and non-conformances. Resolve any issues and make the appropriate claims and escalations when required. Support the warehouse team in planning and delivering safe and efficient warehouse operations. Ensure the warehouse capacity is used effectively and efficiently. Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock take activities. Manage waste streams. Personal Specification for the Logistics Manager; Experience across Logistics, Warehouse and Transport Management. Strong Leadership skills. Experience of working within a high-volume environment. Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Leader; Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures. Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are being fully implemented. Provide weekly and monthly KPI’s to demonstrate process control and compliance. Lead and develop team members. Ensure standards of productivity, quality and accuracy are consistently maintained. Develop new initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Attend daily material shortage meetings. Record and control the release of kitted materials and returns. Identify and implement cost saving opportunities. Personal Specification for the Warehouse Team Leader; Experience in a Warehouse / Stores supervisory role is essential. Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Coordinator; Manage all order entry activities for global operations. Work with logistics partners to ensure shipments have proper documentation for shipping and customs clearance. Manage the day-to-day sales cycle for customers. Manages customer accounts and ensure timely acknowledgement of customer orders. Ensure resolution of credit maintenance. Ensure compliance with customers’ Letters of Credit. Identify and escalate any issues likely impact upon agreed delivery dates. Identify technical issues, ensuring they are resolved appropriately. Support during tender and contract process Provides financial and commercial information, including sales volumes, profitability, credit management and budget Personal Specification of the Shipping Coordinator; Experience of Shipping and documentation including Letters of Credit.
