Export Trade Compliance Coordinator
£32000 - £35000 per annum
The Export Trade Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing all trade compliance activities for the site. Key Responsibilities of the Export Trade Compliance Coordinator; Manage an efficient and effective Trade Compliance program. Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations including those of the UK and US. Manage Licenses and Agreements with government regulators. Provide day-to-day Trade Compliance support for export and import activities. Give advisory support to ensure that all applicable products are classified for export and import in accordance with UK and US regulations. Ensure that procedures related to trade regulations and reporting requirements including consistent KPI's are in place for all appropriate areas of responsibility. Build and maintain an internal audit program to ensure compliance with procedures. Maintain a Trade Compliance Training Program at the manufacturing site. Maintain Trade Compliance recordkeeping at the manufacturing site. Ensure various registrations with government agencies are kept up to date as required by regulations. Personal Specification of the Export Trade Compliance Coordinator; Import / Export / Trade Compliance experience is essential. Understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations. Experience within a manufacturing environment. Good working knowledge of SAP. Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Coordinator; Manage all order entry activities for global operations. Work with logistics partners to ensure shipments have proper documentation for shipping and customs clearance. Manage the day-to-day sales cycle for customers. Manages customer accounts and ensure timely acknowledgement of customer orders. Ensure resolution of credit maintenance. Ensure compliance with customers’ Letters of Credit. Identify and escalate any issues likely impact upon agreed delivery dates. Identify technical issues, ensuring they are resolved appropriately.
