This role is based in Rochester and offers no hybrid working. Candidates will have previous experience within FMCG environments. Butler Ross have a fantastic opportunity for an Import and Export Project Coordinator to join a large logistics company based in Chiswick, they are looking for an experienced import and export controller to come and join the team and maintain an excellent level of customer service and operational excellence. This role has a focus on multimodal transport operations including Road, Sea, Air, and Out of Gauge Cargo. This role is 100% office based in Chiswick. Duties of the Import & Export Project Coordinator Planning, arranging, and booking shipping and orders. Coordination of transit shipments activities. Understanding customer requirements and be able to fulfil their expectations. Ensure documentation is always correct and up to date. Following up on cargo customer clearance and timely deliveries. Proving various internal departments with the correct paperwork and updates. Operations consulting, planning & scheduling. Ensuring operational excellence in all tasks completed.
