I am currently working with a international manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced Shipping Administrator to join the team, paying a competitive salary with additional benefits and based in Farnborough. As a Shipping Administrator you will be responsible for all equipment shipping from the UK and to advice different departments on equipment. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate shipping documents and procedures. Co-Ordinate packing and all freight transportation Working with a range of specialist documents including LC and CAD. Completing shipping certificates (EUR1, ATR, C/O) and working in accordance with HMRC. Provide shipping support, arranging dispatch and export documents. Essentional Skills: Import/Export experience Must have experience working with Letters of Credit Experienced in export legislation's Exeptional communication skills This role would suit a Export Administrator, Shipping Clerk, Import Administrator, Shipping Administrator, Shipping Specialist and Import/Export Planner. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: up too £30,000.00 /year
£22000 - £24000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity for a driven Shipping Administrator to join a busy organisation to support the team in their role to optimise sales and customer service within the business. Key Responsibilities of the Shipping Administrator; Manage all order entry activities for global operations. Work with logistics partners to ensure shipments have proper documentation for shipping and customs clearance. Manage the day-to-day sales cycle for customers. Manages customer accounts and ensure timely acknowledgement of customer orders. Ensure resolution of credit maintenance. Ensure compliance with customers' Letters of Credit. Identify and escalate any issues likely impact upon agreed delivery dates. Identify technical issues, ensuring they are resolved appropriately. Support during tender and contract process Provides financial and commercial information, including sales volumes, profitability, credit management and budget Personal Specification of the Shipping Administrator; Experience of Shipping and documentation including Letters of Credit. Proven Administration experience. Excellent communication skills. Excellent IT skills including Excel. The ability to work under pressure. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Driven and flexible attitude. Enthusiastic and ability to work effectively as part of a team. This role would also suit you if you have held a role within Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping, Import or Export.
