Buyer - Procurement Department

Butler Ross are pleased to be supporting our client, an innovative technical manufacturing organisation, with their recruitment of a proactive Buyer to support production and product development. This opportunity is offering £34-37,000 depending on experience and will be fully office-based in Lymington.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing purchase orders and supplier communications using ERP system (training provided).
• Maintaining accurate procurement data and inventory alignment.
• Building strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and mitigate risks.
• Lead price negotiations and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support production and product development.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years' procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
• Prior ERP/MRP systems knowledge (training is provided on this specific software)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Office 365; detail-oriented and resilient under pressure.
