Contract Manager

Butler Ross are currently recruiting a Contract Manager role on behalf of a client based in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a widely renowned company and work on large scale construction projects.

As the Contracts Manager your role will be to assume responsibility for Contract Management across a significant portfolio of construction contracts, particularly within construction related professional services i.e. design consultants, environmental surveys etc. Our client utilises NEC3 forms of contract therefore prior experience of having worked with NEC 3 contracts is essential.

General responsibilities within the role include monitoring supplier performance against contracts and undertaking compliance checks. Dispute resolutions. Proactively managing contract risk and taking steps to mitigate this and managing the contract change request process.

As the Contract Manager you will assume responsibility for managing a small team therefore some degree of experience with people management is strongly preferred.

This role would suit an experienced Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Contract Specialist, Contracts Specialist or Commercial Manager.
