A great opportunity for a dynamic Supply Chain professional to join a leading organisation in London as a Demand Planner.
Key Responsibilities of the Demand Planner;
Ensure accurate, timely forecasts are delivered to the business.
Ownership of the regional volume forecasts in the planning tools.
Communication of forecasts and resolution of issues at key business meetings.
Lead market reviews and work collaboratively to understand and deliver customer requirements.
Provide analysis on the specific section of business by sku and customer.
Provide weekly reports distributed to the business regarding the stock availability situation.
Analyse, provide and action monthly forecast accuracy and inventory reports.
Communicate and collaborate closely with Supply Planning to ensure timely supply of product.
Drive process excellence including championing the S&OP process, continuous improvement and best practice.
Personal Specification of the Demand Planner;
Degree qualified or equivalent.
Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
Proven Demand Planning & Forecasting experience.
Experience within the Retail / FMCG industry.
Good working knowledge of Forecasting systems.
Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.
Strong analytical skills.
