Demand Planner EMEA

An excellent opportunity for a dynamic supply chain professional to join a busy organisation as a Demand Planner, to drive best in class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Demand Planner;

Creation of an accurate 24 month rolling forecast for assigned portfolio of products.

Build demand and supply plans in-line with the rolling forecast.

Where appropriate own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for portfolio of products.

Managing and minimize out of stocks and customer back orders for portfolio of products.

Review and analysis of forecast trends to drive improvement in availability and reductions in write off.

Work with all stakeholders to produce accurate forecast and demand plans based on latest market intelligence and commercial activity.

Responsible for the full launch planning and inventory positioning of new products to market.

Assist with post launch support and revision of processes.

Ensure correct setup of forecasting and replenishment planning elements.

Support operational processes to ensure delivery of stock availability and key performance indicators as set.

Work with Inventory Manager and inventory owners to understand root cause and to target continuous improvement effort to prevent future occurrence.

Personal Specification of the Demand Planner;

Degree qualified or equivalent.

Proven Demand Planning and Forecasting experience.

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
