A fantastic opportunity for an Indirect Category Buyer has arisen to join an Automotive company in the Midlands, with a salary or £40,000 they are looking for a strong Indirect Buyer to manage all Indirect categories ranging from site services to hard services and consumables.
Candidates will have previous experience within indirect purchasing or procurement specifically within an Manufacturing environment.
Role responsibilities of the Indirect Buyer include:
- Be the Indirect purchasing lead for the business
- Manage all purchasing for goods and services
- Vendor management, internal and external
- Negotiation and contract Management
- Strategic sourcing for all Indirect categories
Person Specification of the Indirect Buyer include:
- Experience with Indirect procurement
- Strong negotiator
- Strategic thinker
- Flexible to travel
- Strong and effective communication
- Stakeholder management
