Interim Construction Procurement Specialist

Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a FTSE100 client for an experienced procurement professional with a construction background.

Due to the nature of the role experience of working with NEC contracts is essential.

Key responsibilities include working within existing frameworks to challenge suppliers on price, lead negotiations and deliver innovative commercial solutions to reduce costs including implementing rebates.

Experience with using SAP/Ariba systems would be preferred but is not essential. This role would suit an experienced construction procurement professional with NEC3 contracts experience and currently working in a Senior Buyer, Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager or similar role.
