Interim Contract Manager

£400p.day PAYE. 6 Month Assignment. Birmingham.

Butler Ross are currently recruiting an interim Contract Manager role on behalf of a client based in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a widely renowned company on an interim assignment which is likely to run for at least 6 months.

As the Contracts Manager your role will be to assume responsibility for Contract Management across a significant portfolio of corporate contracts. As some of these include NEC3 contracts, prior experience of having worked with NEC3 contracts is desirable but not essential for this role.

General responsibilities within the role include monitoring supplier performance against contracts and undertaking compliance checks. Dispute resolutions. Proactively managing contract risk and taking steps to mitigate this and managing the contract change request process.

This role would suit an experienced Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Contract Specialist, Contracts Specialist or Commercial Manager.
