Interim IT Category Manager

Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global FTSE100 FMCG client for an IT Category Manager role. This is an opportunity to join a progressive global procurement team in a IT procurement role with a significant spend responsibility.

As the IT Category Manager your remit will be to develop and implement category strategy for IT. This role will have a focus on software procurement therefore prior experience of this is preferred but hardware or telco IT procurement experience would also be considered.

You will be of graduate calibre and have at least four years IT procurement experience, ideally within a large corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity which would suit a Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist, Category Specialist, Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Sourcing Manager or similar who is looking to join a leading global company recognised as an employer of choice.
