Interim Procurement Manager – Indirect Services

Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a large scale client for a rare opportunity to establish from Greenfield their indirect services procurement capability in support of a multi-billion pound infrastructure project.

The Procurement Manager will be required to establish processes and set strategy for the procurement of all indirect services which could include Marketing, HR, Professional Services, FM, and Construction among others.

Excellent stakeholder skills are essential in order to gain the necessary traction and embed new procurement initiatives. Confidence working in a fluid and ambiguous environment without established processes is also essential.

Prior experience of working in a similar Greenfield situation or establishing new procurement processes and strategy for indirect services is essential.

This role would suit an experienced indirect procurement professional, likely to be working in a Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, Purchasing Manager or similar role who is looking for a unique challenge and to be part of a major infrastructure project.
