Interim Procurement Specialist

Butler Ross are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Procurement Specialist to join them on an hourly rate contract which will run for at least six months.

Our client is a large scale manufacturing company, globally recognised for excellence and their technologically advanced products.

As the Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for the contract and commercial arrangements for a high value and complex commodity group (electro-mechanical). Key responsibilities include supplier development, managing high value contracts, leading negotiations and delivering procurement projects within a manufacturing environment.

This role would suit a Senior Buyer, Commodity Specialist, Commodity Manager, Purchasing Manager or Procurement Manager with technical procurement experience within an manufacturing/engineering environment, strong negotiation skills, excellent contractual and commercial skills.
