Butler Ross are recruiting on behalf of a leading global defence company for a Logistics Engineer to join them on a 6 month plus contract.
As the ILS Engineer your role will be to support the ILS Manager on major customer programmes. Key responsibilities include developing support solutions on customer programmes; reviewing and supporting ILS requirements; supporting logistics modelling activities; providing ILS support to proposal activities; support the development and maintenance of technical publications and training users on the ILS systems.
In this role the required skills and experience include demonstrable knowledge of ILS disciplines; experience of performing support analysis; familiarity with MoD ILS standards; experience of providing ILS related support to bids. Maritime (Royal Navy) experience in particular would be highly desirable as is familiarity with DSAT requirements.
