Operations Manager

I am currently representing a growing service provider who also manufacture into the Healthcare Industries. They are in search for an Operations Manager who will manage a small service, looking after Warehouse & Logistics, P&L and overall management of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coach the team, ensuring all companies procedures are followed.

- Ensure all stock is correctly issued, received and maintained.

- Overall Warehouse and Logistics Management

- Contract Management and strong negotiation with service providers

Key Skills:

- Strong Negotiation Skills

- Experienced working within a small team with overall management responsibilities

- Excellent supplier relationship experience

- Ability to develop an already strong team

This role would suit someone with experience as a; Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, General Manager.
