Procurement Bid Lead

Butler Ross are currently recruiting an interim procurement bid lead role to start in December or early January at the latest. This is a very high profile bid therefore demonstrable experience of working in a procurement bid lead type role is essential.

The bid team is based near Basingstoke whereas the project itself is in Scotland therefore the ability to travel between locations is essential.

Due to the nature of the bid experience of working with a Scottish Construction / Civil Engineering supply chain to deliver a major project is essential. Bid procurement experience within a defence or aerospace background could also be advantageous.

In addition to the construction procurement expertise, experience of procurement across the Engineering and FM categories would also be beneficial.

This role is likely to suit a Procurement Manager, Head of Procurement, Procurement Director, Supply Chain Manager, Head of Supply Chain, Supply Chain Director, Commercial Manager, Commercial Director or similar.
