Procurement Manager

Butler Ross are currently representing a housing association based in Central London with the recruitment of a Procurement Manager. This role will be reporting in to the Head of Procurement and will also involve mentoring, coaching and developing more junior members of the team.

The organisation has recently gone through a major restructure which has led to the introduction of a category management structure. This position requires someone who has both commercial and strategic skills. The position will cover a broad range of categories including IT, Construction, HR and Facilities Management. It is therefore important that you have experience working across several different categories. Relationship management is also essential as you will need to engage with both internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships. You will also need to implement all policies, procedures and governance for the categories that you're responsible for.

This position also requires someone who has working knowledge of the Public Contract Regulations.
