Senior Buyer - Cheshire - up to £50p.hr

Butler Ross are recruiting a number of interim Procurement Specialist roles on behalf of a FTSE100 engineering client with several sites throughout Cheshire. These are long term assignments with an expected duration in the region of 12-18 months plus.

Our client is interested in people who have worked in a Procurement Specialist or similar role in at least one of the following industries; oil & gas, construction, aerospace, utilities, nuclear or other comparable engineering based industry. Experience of tendering and managing NEC3 contracts post award is highly desirable although not essential as there are multiple roles available for which different skills are required.

Experience of working in a major projects environment (i.e. infrastructure, EPC etc.) would be desirable as would experience of developing and implementing procurement strategy.

These roles could suit someone with the above profile who is currently working in a Senior Buyer, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Specialist, Contract Manager, Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager or similar role.
