Butler Ross have a brilliant opportunity for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join a global distribution company based in Buckinghamshire. This role is working within an International Supply Chain team, who are instrumental in shipping products around the world. This role will be the main point of contact for Customers, delivering a fantastic level of customer service, and making sure products reach the customers on time.

This role will be great fit for a Graduate who is interested in exploring a career within Supply Chain or distribution, and would be best suited to a Supply Chain Graduate, Stock Controller, Stock Administrator, Inventory Coordinator, Logistics Controller or anyone who has worked in Supply Chain Customer Service and Logistics Customer Service/Account Management.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

  • Responding to customer queries and requirements.
  • Evaluating and processing customer orders to ensure that all information is accurate.
  • Working reactively to resolve any supply issues to customers when they arise, as well as working with other teams to anticipate/foresee any potential supply issues.
  • Working closely with the Warehouse team to ensure shipments have arrived on time, and all out bound shipments are booked with hauliers.
  • Supporting and helping manage inventory levels, analysing and solving any discrepancies.
  • Communicating effectively, calmly, and consistently with internal departments and outside parties.

Personal Specification

  • Strong educational background (A-Levels and Above)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience with Customer Service/Managing suppliers and or Hauliers.
  • Strong rapport building skills and a rigorous approach to problem solving.

Salary

Between £23,000 and £32,000, depending on experience.
