An excellent opportunity for a dynamic supply chain professional to join a busy and growing organisation as a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for Purchasing, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Logistics, and will be required to lead and develop a high performing Supply Chain team.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager;

Develop the Supply Chain strategy for the business.

Create a high performing, motivated team.

Introduce KPI's to monitor performance.

Implement and deliver an effective S&OP process.

Drive a Continuous Improvement culture.

Deliver an effective Logistics model to meet cost and service level targets.

 

Personal Specification of the Supply Chain Manager;

Degree qualified or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications would be an advantage e.g. APICS, CIPS.

End to End Supply Chain Management experience.

Experience within a Manufacturing or Distribution environment.

Good working knowledge of SAP/ MRP.

Strong Leadership skills.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
